Ingredients
6 oz Red Split Lentils
1 tsp Groung Tumeric
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 1/4 pints Boiling Water
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic
Little Salt
Little Oil
Method
Fry chopped onion and garlic until soft, add the lentils, spices, water and seassoning, simmer for 15 minutes or until ready.
